Third-party API for PixVerse V4

This is an experimental API for PixVerse.ai. PixVerse.ai generates videos from text and image prompts, supports a large number of video effects, and can extend, upscale, and lipsync videos. The PixVerse models v3, v3.5 and v4 supported.
